Information for Parents and Students

In San Angelo ISD, we believe that students should be the primary focus of all decisions. The mission of San Angelo Independent School District is to provide each student with a meaningful, challenging education, delivered in a safe learning environment that prepares him or her to graduate from high school as a lifelong learner who is a capable, productive, and contributing citizen. We want to provide student achievement at the highest levels.

We are excited to partner with our parents as we work together to make a difference in the lives of our children. Whether your child is brand new to the district, attending elementary, middle, or high school, we feel that it is important for you to be involved in your student’s education. We believe that a strong and communicative relationship between parents, students, and school personnel is vital for student success and achievement possibilities. Many studies have shown a strong correlation between parent involvement and a child’s success in school. Parents are our most important partner and we welcome you to attend your child’s school. See the resources below to learn how to get involved, prepare for your child’s college education, support their school and become part of the San Angelo ISD community!
