This program is designed to develop and enhance basic motor skills, strength, flexibility, coordination and positive attitudes
that will enhance athletic skills through proper body awareness and mechanics. The classes will be lead by highly qualified
SAISD instructors using the fundamental techniques and concepts of tumbling skills and the gymnastics apparatus.
